Q: How long are the expiry dates of the products sold?

A: Goods sold has a minimum of 6 months in the expiry date.

Q: Can I return my products?

A: All purchase made on Etude Malaysia Official Store are non-refundable & non-returnable in original condition.

Q: I received a defect product, what should I do?

A: We sincerely apologies for this. Please drop us an email at etude_ecom@my.amorepacific.com within 7 working days from delivery with supporting evidence as below:

  • Order Number
  • Order Receiving Date
  • Name of the Item
  • Product Condition
  • Reason of Return
  • Photo of the defect item

Our customer service representative will contact you within 3 working days to confirm on the exchange status. Exchange or refund of online purchases cannot be done at any Etude House retail stores.

Note: Etude Malaysia reserves the right of making final decision to disapprove exchange or return should the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition or any of the terms above are not met.
